Animal Planet’s “Finding Bigfoot” show is coming to Connecticut in search of our state’s addition to the Sasquatch history. And boy do we have a long history to add, dating back to stories from the Native American times. Of all phenomena, Bigfoot is one mystery that people don’t often think about here in our state, but any of our Staff can tell you we are constantly getting stories from witnesses. And now these producers are looking for your stories to share! Here’s the scoop –
In emails with SGRA, the show is looking to arrange a “town hall” style meeting in the Waterbury area in the coming weeks, which is a way for them to interact with people who have had encounters, and gather more information. They would welcome any kind of experiences, “From just a glance to full on encounter. The more the better, and we would like to talk to anyone who is willing to share their personal experiences.” Those who would like details, or have an experience to share, are encouraged to send an email to bigfoot.connecticut@gmail.com.
