Many visitors to our website and attendees at our events have suggested that we start our own podcast show based on the research, investigations, and activities that our organization conducts. While we have considered doing this for the last few months, we simply didn’t have the time to give it the proper attention that creating a great podcast would need. Recently though, thanks to acquiring some new equipment and the addition of several new people involved in SGRA who are very interested in assisting, we are happy to announce that SGRA podcasts will be coming in July!
Our aim is not only to feature informative and interesting segments, but also to involve some more of the SGRA Staff, so listeners will have the opportunity to hear from different hosts of various segments or “episodes.” Among some of the ideas for segments that we will be working with are interviews, media reviews, topic-based segments, and more. Another exciting fact is that thanks to the recent upgrades in online features of our website such as the new chatroom, we will be able to make some of our upcoming podcasts into live broadcast with even call-in aspects!
We are presently working to feature the first of the podcast segments by the middle of July, so stay tuned for complete details being posted soon. This is going to be an exciting advance in what our organization has to offer to our members, supporters, and the public at large!
