We’re just one day away from our 2012 UFO Day at Captain’s Cove in Bridgeport on Saturday from 11-6 and we’re happy to announce the official agenda for the afternoon’s events! Whether you’re attending in person, or are planning on joining some of the LIVE online discussions, here’s the scoop…
Throughout the afternoon there will be crafts for kids, displays about UFO research, members of the SGRA Investigation Team available to answer your questions and discuss all-things UFO, and multimedia displays including videos of interviews with UFO witnesses, UFO films, and more! While these activities will take place all afternoon, there are a few scheduled special events taking place as well. These involve interactive discussions with members of the SGRA Staff and take place every hour from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
At 1:00pm we will be presenting an Introduction to UFO Research during which our team will discuss the theories about UFOs and the methods used to investigate sightings and related events. At 2:00pm we’ll discuss Connecticut UFO History and give details on cases past and present. Following that at 3:00pm we’ll talk about How Investigations Are Conducted and exactly how our team gathers information. And, finally, and 4:00pm we’ll discuss The Future of UFOlogy where we’ll talk about what technology and research is becoming a part of investigations.
If you can’t attend UFO Day in person, you can sign on to our website at these times to join in a virtual discussion taking place simultaneously in our online ParaChat chatroom. Details on how to join in the online chat will be posted on our website during the afternoon tomorrow, so visitors will only need to click a button which says “Click To Enter ParaChat” in order to join in the conversation! You can also visit our website tomorrow for LIVE updates throughout the day from UFO Day, including a streaming photo gallery.
