This past Sunday, July 29th, strange lights were observed by at least two witnesses in the skies over Woodbury, located in Litchfield County, Connecticut. Presently our team is investigating, and we are in the stages of reaching out to the community for additional sightings and information. Thanks to the news first posted on the Woodbury-Middlebury Patch, and an article, “Report of UFO Last Sunday Over Woodbury Draws Attention of Web Sites, Phenomenon Investigators,”posted in the Wednesday edition of the Litchfield County Times we have since received several communications from residents interested in what the lights may have been. As of Wednesday evening, we are asking anyone who believes they may have seen this particular object, or have had other sightings in the area recently, to contact us through our website, email, or phone. Our team hopes to collect as much data as we can that will help us in searching resources such as local air traffic control records to determine if the object seen may have an explainable identification or not. Any information individuals have may be useful to our current investigation. We will post details on this case as it progresses.
